Positive: Apt was easy to find, parking right at the door, great communication from the owner, very good value. Could be improved a lot with some money invested in bed etc though.
Negative: Thought the mattress/bed pillows could have been better and it's one of the most important things to get right, found it difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep, then loud construction began downstairs from 8am so impossible to get any more sleep. Too many untruthful reviews on here so thought I'd tell it as I found it. edit, sorry Anthony I didn't mean untruthful in relation to your property I meant on booking.com in general and maybe untruthful is too strong a word, also the construction is a one off thing and won't affect your guests in future. I just see people giving glowing reviews to places they never intend returning to anyway if you follow me, I think it helps other travellers if you really tell it as you find it, Irish people are great at saying everything is 'fine' when the truth is often a lot different. Just my opinion of course!

Positive: The apartment was a great price, had parking in front, was very nice and clean inside with plenty of space, great beds. We only stayed one night so did not use the kitchen much but it seemed to have necessary items. We booked last minute but quickly received very clear directions to access the apartment.
